The Double Deck
 
The “Double Deck” is a deck of cards that consists of 104 playing cards but appears to be a single deck of Bicycle Jumo Cards. Until now these types of decks have only been available in poker size cards and never in Bicycle.
 
Cody noticed that the newer Bicycle Jumbo Cards are much thinner than the older style Bicycle Jumbo Card stock. This means that that they take up about half the space. Just to put this into perspective, 104 of the older style Bicycle Jumbo Cards is around 2 inches (5 mm) thick whereas 104 of the newer Bicycle Jumbo Cards is around 1 ¼ inches (3mm) thick.
 
Cody has teamed up Billy Diamond to create the perfect size plastic jumbo card box for holding 2 Bicycle Jumbo Decks! These jumbo card boxes are 1/16” inch plastic and will not tear. The printing is UV protected so it will not fade or turn yellow.
 
Imagine the following possibilities with a single jumbo deck out at the very beginning of the effect.
 
X Marks The Spot
Spectator calls out any card and you remove that card from the deck. The other 51 cards are turned over to show regular backs. The freely named card is turned over to show it has a giant “X” on the back.
 
Win / Lose
Spectator calls out any card and you remove that card from the deck. The other 51 cards are turned over to show the word “Lose” on the back. The freely named is turned over to show the word “Win” on the back.
 
One Blue Card
Spectator calls out any card and you remove that card from the deck. The other 51 cards are turned over to show a red back. The freely named card is turned over to show it has a blue back. (For this you will need to purchase an additional jumbo blue deck)
 
Fred Trick (Name Trick)
Spectator calls out any card and you remove that card from the deck. Your prediction is shown to be the name FRED. All 51 cards are shown to have a different name on the back. The card they freely named has FRED on the back.
 
The Trade Show Trick
Spectator calls out any card and you remove that card from the deck. The other 51 cards are turned over to show regular backs. The freely named card is turned over to show it has the “Company Name” on the back.
